Meal Application-Beyond the Meals

All EWCSD students on-site will be eligible to receive one breakfast and one lunch at no cost due to California's new Universal Meals provision began SY 22/23.  The federal requirement for meal applications still applies, however, all of EWCSD schools no qualify to operate under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) beginning in SY 24/25.  Meal appications are no longer required, but families are instead encouraged to submit Alternative Household Income surverys.  Households submitting Alternative Household Income surveys avoid a loss in funding to the district that directly impacts programs and learning tools for their students and may be eligible to receive utility and other such discounts available locally. Please note: Incomplete (non-reimbursable) meals and second meals will be charged.
