EWCSD would like to congratulate Director of Personnel Services Corrin Conley for being named the 2023 Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) Classified Leader of the Year. Each year, this statewide award honors an outstanding administrator who supports a positive work environment for all employees and strives to create equitable educational opportunities for students.
As a leader in the EWCSD Personnel Department, Corrin has many responsibilities. She plays a vital role in ensuring that EWCSD attracts and retains talented employees. She is also at the forefront of the District's commitment to supporting employee growth and development. Corrin and her team provide employees with various professional development opportunities to help all EWCSD staff members reach their full potential.
In addition to her expertise and experience in managing District personnel, Corrin is also known for her exceptional interpersonal skills. Her ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, union representatives, and other stakeholders throughout the EWCSD community is a critical component in ensuring the District is a great place to work.
Corrin will be honored at the ACSA Leadership Summit in Sacramento on November 3rd.
