What documents are needed to enroll my child in school?

What documents are needed to enroll my child in school?

 

To enroll your child you need to complete the online registration at https://registration.ewcsd.org. After you complete the online registration you will need to bring the following documents to your school office:

 

A copy of the online registration

Immunization records

Birth certificate/passport/baptismal certificate or duly attested/affidavit of age

Proof of residency

 

For proof of residency you must bring three of the following documents:

Gas bill

Electric bill

Water bill

Rental/Lease agreement, escrow papers, or property tax bill

 

If the residency documents are not in your name please contact the school.

 

If you are trying to enroll at a school outside your neighborhood school or district of residence you will need to request and be approved for a permit by the Administrative Services Office before bringing your enrollment paperwork to the school office.
