EWCSD employees have two valid email addresses: 

• username@ewcsd.org
• username@ewcsd.k12.ca.us 

Email messages addressed to either address will arrive in the same mailbox.

Example:

• Employee Name: Jane Doe
• Employees Email Addresses: jdoe@ewcsd.org & jdoe@ewcsd.k12.ca.us

If parent A sends an email to jdoe@ewcsd.org it will arrive in Jane Doe's mailbox.

If parent B sends an email to jdoe@ewcsd.k12.ca.us it will arrive in Jane Doe's mailbox.  

How do I reset my network password?

Reset network password using Outlook Web Access (Webmail):

1. Log in to the webmail program (Outlook Web Access)
2. Click "Options" in the top right corner
3. Click "Change Password" on the left
4. Fill out the required fields and click "Save"
