Congratulations Mr. Allender!

Years of construction work after high school involved Mr. Allender in what he calls “hands-on math” and ultimately sent him back to school to get his degree and become a mathematics teacher. He calls teaching “without a doubt, the best job on earth.” He is a very special person who motivates and encourages all of his students on a daily basis.

We are very proud that Chuck Allender is our EWCSD 2009-10 District Teacher of the Year.
